We have an excellent reputation for providing a quick and efficient service that seeks to ensure that all areas of a client’s needs are met in a range of settings appropriate to each individual client.
All our therapists are registered with the appropriate governing bodies including RCSLT, HCPC, ASLTIP as well as having an enhanced CRB check, you can be guaranteed to receive therapy from fully qualified professionals.
Recently Integrated Treatment Services have supported a number of clients in different areas of their lives, in particular ensuring children and young people are supported academically to maximise their learning potentials. Of equal importance is the emphasis given by I.T.S to support clients socially, recognising that the social communication skills of children and young people are equally important in wellbeing and quality of life. This also applies to adults, particularly post stroke or following an acquired brain injury.
Integrated Treatment Services aim to maximise communication potential and support adults to return to as many of their desired activities as possible.
The East Midland team works with adults and a variety of children/young adults with a range of conditions including Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Acquired Brain Injury, Fragile X Syndrome and Selective Mutism.
The East Midlands team includes a number of trained Talk Tools therapists and therapists that can support augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) needs.
We can also offer specialised Speech and Language Therapists, trained in the Maggie Johnson approach to support Selective Mutism.
