Integrated Treatment Services is a rapidly growing company and we are frequently recruiting for positions throughout the United Kingdom.

We work with 1:1 clients in both the paediatric and adult fields within community clinics, schools and the client’s home. We also work with dozens of schools throughout London and the UK. Our therapists are contracted to work within our schools settings, and our community and clinic therapists are recruited to work within their local area; offering them the maximum flexibility to build a caseload which suits them.

As with all of our SLT posts the therapist will have the support of the ITS team throughout their assignment. They will have clinical supervision in place and have access to resources, training and mentoring services from the ITS team and specialist mentoring to support and facilitate second opinions and specialised approaches.

London – Speech and Language Therapist Vacancies
 

Speech and Language Therapist Required for Postcode Area RM6, IG2 and IG3

  • To start in September 2021 for the full academic year (term time plus 15).
  • Full and part time available and covering 3 school sites within the London Borough of Redbridge.
  • The caseload is students aged 2-19 years, most have EHCPs. They have a mixture of complex needs including ASC, physical disabilities, medical conditions, learning difficulties and communication difficulties.
  • The school requires assessments, setting up work programmes, targets etc.

Speech and Language Therapist Required for Postcode Area TW8

  • To start ASAP
  • SaLT is required for 28.5 days for the remainder of the academic year, days are flexible
  • Caseload is 3 students all with EHCP’s in place
  • You will provide direct intervention, set up programmes, carry out assessments and reviews and also provide training to staff.

Speech and Language Therapist Required for Postcode Area TW8

South West – Speech and Language Therapist Vacancies
 
Speech and Language Therapist Required for postcode area BS30
  • The SLT is required for an immediate start, preferably working full time (some remote work will be allowed but predominantly onsite working). Part time hours would be considered for the right person. 
  • Caseload is students, aged 2.5-18 years of age, severe learning difficulties and ASD.
  • This is a specialist role, requiring strategic and managerial experience.
  • The therapists will provide appropriate interventions, assessments and reviews. Skill set to include eye gaze, PECS, symbol grids, switches.
  • Provision of training to staff to cover key chosen areas as required and to ensure their understanding of the communication strategy.  
  • Management of the communication strategy across the school / college.

East Midlands – Speech and Language Therapist Vacancies
 
 
Speech and Language Therapist Required for postcode area LN6 – URGENT / IMMEDIATE START
  • Start September 2021 for the full academic year, 5.5 hours per week
  • 11 Students aged 13-18 all SLD
  • Most are residential but there are 1 or 2 day students
  • Contact with parents generally only at the EHCP review meetings
  • All have SLT as part of their school provision, all on strategies and advice
  • Total communication approach used throughout the school and care facilities including Makaton signing, Aided Language Boards, PECS and Proloquo2go.
  • Recent input has included training to staff on aided language boards and an introduction to Attention Autism strategies (although this has not been adopted)
  • A time to talk social skills group has been running delivered by education staff as well as colourful semantics activities.

Gloucestershire – Speech and Language Therapist Vacancies

Speech and Language Therapist Required for postcode area BS32
  • Start as soon as possible, 3 days per week for the remainder of the academic year
  • This is a special school where all their students have a diagnosis of ASD, and they all have delayed speech, some have difficulties expressing feelings and all have EHCP’s in place.
  • The age group is 7 to 14 years and 2 thirds of those requiring SLT input are in the secondary age group.

Kent – Speech and Language Therapist Vacancies

Speech and Language Therapist Required for postcode area CT10 – full time
  • To start as soon as possible.
  • This is a full time post – 37.5 hours per week.
  • The setting is a special school catering for students with autism and other learning difficulties.
  • Age group is 5-19 years.
  • Many of the children and young people have associated communication difficulties and emotional/behavioural challenges associated with their complex disabilities and medical needs.

West Yorkshire – Speech and Language Therapist Vacancies

Speech and Language Therapist Required for postcode area BD12 and BD6 (2 sites close proximity)
  • New year (or earlier) start for an experienced adult speech and language therapist. The setting is a clinical setting for male adults with mental health / autism and as such will require an experienced, confident SLT. There may be some opportunities to work some of the time remotely but initially the setting are looking for face to face provision. There is 14-15 clients in the case load.
  • The therapist is required for 2-3 days per week to start ASAP, for a minimum of 8 weeks duration to be reviewed. You will be part of an MDT already in place at the setting. You will be based initially at one site (BD12) but another site will be opening up soon (BD6) so some travel between the 2 sites will be required but they are very close to each other (15 minutes drive).
  • The focus would be on ensuring assessments are completed for new admissions to the ward and that bespoke communication guidance is provided for each individual in the service (the majority of whom already have this in place). The SLT will support in updating accessible care plans and any other ‘easy-read’ information for specific needs. the SLT will support transitions and support the development of the staff team.
