my top tip for the newbies is to go over the competencies and become familiar with them this is so when you are doing work it will jog you to make a note for evidence on your log

I haven’t started the competencies, so far I have only 3 clients, I have done only 3 sessions, 2 initial. Will look at the competences soon.
