lots of error code 404 getting stuff off drive. Anna has been emailing me links which has been helpful. I wasn’t sure about downloading assessments onto my laptop as my computer gave me a message about accessing the drive which made me worry about security so I just printed off the ACE. – Joanne • Tue, 18:26

Im not sure what the problem was but all the files in my casenote folders were ‘read only’ so Anna sent me some others that worked but they are now on a shared drive and I cant move them into the original foldres that they were in. Im sure ther a simple solution! – Margaret • Tue, 18:26

The error 404 is very annoying and I know that Anna is working as hard as she can to get everything back up and running on the website maybe if there is something you cant access email the team as some of the resources will be saved

Its the format of the letterhead, Lynn, I spoke to Anna about it, basically, the blue square border needs to sized up with the ITS logo, then after that you should be able to type, and also uncheck the footer thing – Shayma • Tue, 18:30
No all reports must be on letterheads as it is the company brand and any reports going out by NQPs or by people completing competencies must be sent to my first for checking

yes I incorporate the targets and instructions within the headed paperwork otherwise schools wont know who has provided the paperwork

it is defintily for reports I have to check and I would encourage you to send in targets if its your first time it will also help with your competencies

I used to email reports within our department/ trust and council but it wasn’t secure if sent to schools etc so those had to go in the post. I just wondered if it is secure ITS to ITS. I wouldn’t email to a school. – Joanne • Tue, 18:38

I have a query about the 20 mile deduction too. Basically I’ve forgotten what you told me Helen about whether to deduct the 20 miles before you add your mileage to the CIR or just input the complete mileage and allow Jim to deduct it. i usually do mileage at the end of the month then i get more money back and it will be easier for my accountant
