There were a couple of resources I thought would have been helpful for my client, which I was about to buy myself, I did mention to Anna, and nothing has come of it…. they aren’t that expensive, its something that was recommended by one of SLT’s on our team. We have very little resources for adult WFD, eg. activity sheet etc. AGain, it comes back to the time consuming searching on the website.. – Shayma • Tue, 19:28

A template of an adult report would be usefull, only to see the layout, and exactly what information is required when writing a report by ITS
